DREW TYNDALL

Drew Tyndall a switch-hitting catcher from Wilmington, NC who played for the Dirtbags organization throughout his high school career. He attended Ashley High School in Wilmington and helped the Screaming Eagles advance to the second round of the NCHSAA 4A State Tournament both his freshman and sophomore year, and to the semi-finals his senior year. As a senior, Drew batted .431 and was selected to the MEC 1st team All-Conference, 2nd team All-State, and was chosen as the MEC Conference Player of the Year. He was also awarded the North Carolina Coast Baseball Player of the Year by USA Today.

After high school, Drew continued his baseball career at UNC Charlotte. In 2023, he and his teammates at Charlotte won the Conference USA Tournament Championship and advanced to the NCAA Regional Tournament at Clemson.

Drew is currently working toward a degree in Criminal Justice and plans to pursue a career as a Wildlife Officer.
