Dirtbags Now Hiring Player Development Coordinator

Job Title: Dirtbags Baseball – Coordinator, Player Development

Full-Time Position: $36,000 + Commission

Job Description: Evaluate and collect analytics on all Dirtbags players inside our indoor training center in Burlington, NC throughout the year. Provide feedback and goal setting to each player/family and help formulate a personalized plan for their player development.

Other Duties:
– Post short video clips of players on social media after each evaluation for player promotion.
– Be e-mail contact for players concerning player development and college recruiting.
– Assist with private evaluations, open tryouts & camps.
– Provide private instruction/lessons (commission provided)

Note: Weekends and travel may be required for some events. Expenses paid.

Commission: Earn percentage of each private or group lesson at our Dirtbags Baseball Training Center.

Background Required:
– Varsity high school player (prefer college level but not required)
– Coaching or scouting experience

Skills Required:
– High level communication skills
– Passionate about helping kids and families
– Willingness to answer all email questions
– Basic social media knowledge
– IPAD, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, Diamond Kinetics experience is preferred but not required – training provided.
