Washer named Greenville Regional Most Outstanding Player for ECU

Jake Washer went 7-17 with 4 HR’s 9 RBI’s and 6 R’s scored in helping lead the Pirates to a regional title and advancing to the Super Regionals. The Pirates lost game 1 and won 4 straight games to take the title.

Barefoot named to All-Regional Team for Campbell

Mathew Barefoot went 5-18 with 5 R’s 2 RBI’s and 1 HR in the Greenville Regional. The Camels lost in the Regional final to ECU. 

Jarvis Pitches Duke to Regional final

Bryce Jarvis went 8.0 allowing 0 R’s only giving up 6 hits and striking out 11 to help Duke advance to the Regional final and eventually moving on to the Super-Regionals. 

Edwards homers in final college AB for NC State

In his final college at-bat Evan Edwards went yard for the Wolfpack. Congrats on an outstanding career Evan!!!!!

Sykes named 3rd Team All-American by Collegiate Baseball 

Chad Sykes (UNCG) was named 3rd team All-American by Collegiate Baseball. Sykes lead the country in ERA and was ranked nationally in 4 other categories. The closer finished the year with a 6-3 record with 11 saves and a 0.96 era.

Toman named Player of the Year for Hammond

Tucker Toman (2022 Oregon Commit) was named the SCISA AA player of the Year!! Congrats Tucker!

Holland/Woodard named All-State. Woodard named Player of the Year for Greenfield

Nathan Woodard  (2021) and Justin Holland (2021) were both named All-Conference and All-State and Woodard was named CPIC player of the year. 

Beck on a tear for Stockton

Austin Beck 1st Round pick Oakland A’s went on a tear last week. He went 6-8 with 4 2B’s, 1 HR, 1 3B, 5 RBI’s and 3 R’s.
