What would you say your strength as a baseball player is?
I would say one of my strengths is being able to make adjustments from at bats.
Looking back on 2017, what’s one area of your game you feel you have really developed heading into 2018?
I feel like I have developed a better mental approach at the plate heading into 2018.
When your in the box, what’s your approach?
I usually like to look for a pitch early in the count so I don’t get down early. I enjoy hitting first pitch fastball because is usually in my wheelhouse.
What are you looking forward to most about the 2018 summer/fall Dirtbag season?
Being able to play for one of the top organizations in the country where I have also met some great teammates.
What does being a Dirtbag mean to you?
Being a Dirtbag to me means that it’s more about the team, than it is the players.
Who’s the best player you’ve played with in the Dirtbags organization?
Travis Odom (2019 Auburn Commit)
If the Dirtbags had to win one game, who would you send to the mound and why?
Cody Benton (2019 East Carolina Commit). Cody always goes out there and puts it all on the line and will do whatever it takes to win.
Quick: Zack Michael
Gamer: AJ Wilson
Goat: Vito Patierno
What has been the best part about playing with the Dirtbags?
Definitely just being around my teammates at tournaments and being able to spend a whole summer with them.
Give the readers a piece of advice about being a Dirtbag?
Being a Dirtbag has easily been the best baseball related decision of my career. They care about winning and working to get you to the next level with all of their players and it’s hard to find that from other organizations where the coaches care that much about you and the team.
