Hunter Ridge played four years at UNC-Wilmington where he is the All Time hits leader. He also is in Top 10 in 10 other hitting categories. Ridge played three seasons in the Coastal Plains League where he is the All Time hits leader and Homerun leader for the Asheboro Copperheads.

In his Junior season he won the CPL Homerun Derby and was Defensive MVP of the All Star game.

Ridge also spent three seasons in Independent Ball. Hunter is currently a full-time employee of Dirtbags Baseball, where he is in charge of Player Development.
