TY D’AMICO
Ty D’Amico grew up in Waxhaw, North Carolina where he attended Marvin Ridge High School. At Marvin Ridge, D’Amico won Union County Pitcher of the year in 2018. In 2019, D’Amico completed a Post-Graduate year at the Salisbury School located in Connecticut, where he would win Western New-England pitcher of the year.
D’Amico played his first two years of collegiate baseball at Hofstra University. After a medical redshirt, D’Amico transferred to Carson-Newman where he completed his collegiate career.
D’Amico started his coaching career with the Dirtbags in 2023 coaching various teams in the 2026 age group. He currently works with both ‘26 teams, making an appearance in the 16U WWBA National championship game assisting the national team. D’Amico also holds the pitching coach role at Marvin Ridge High School in Waxhaw, NC.
