Will James and Ty D’Amico Named National Recruiting Advisors

We’re excited to announce that Will James and Ty D’Amico will be joining our staff, serving in new roles as National Recruiting Advisors.

Dirtbags veteran Coach Will James has been with our organization for over 10 years and has had an instrumental role in helping our players find success at the next level.

Ty D’Amico recently graduated from Carson-Newman where he finished his collegiate playing career and is now returning home to Charlotte to coach at Marvin Ridge High School. D’Amico has served as a coach for multiple Dirtbag teams and helped coach the 2026 Dirtbags National Team to the WWBA 16U National Championship game this past summer.
